How to play
The game takes place over rounds of 3 phases. 1. Strategy Phase: Each player selects a strategy card that defines the turn order and grants a powerful main action (e.g. get more resources, research technology). 2. Action Phase: Players, in order, perform actions (fleet movement, planet invasion, unit construction) until everyone passes. 3. Status Phase: Players reveal and score public and secret objectives, earn Mega Credits, and resolve the crucial Agenda (Politics) Phase. The game ends when a player reaches 10 victory points, which usually requires multiple rounds of war, politics, and technological development.
